As we discussed last night we will meet this Thurs at Washington park at our normal spot by the playground at 545 - 550 and jog to MacArthur to do speed work at the blvd. Maybe 6 x 400s then jog back. Next Thurs we will plan on a hilly run, most likely out West Washington st. Mondays we will dedicate to running the abe's course! I hope all of you can make it out these next two Thurs!
